Who we are

M2221 is a network of professionals from many different fields, which forms the broad base of knowledge and experience on which we build our services.

Established in 2025, M2221 is made up of a select network of professionals, entrepreneurs and business owners from different regions and industries of Paraguay.

True to our motto, “Render unto Caesar what is Caesar’s”, we offer an interdisciplinary approach and cross-cutting knowledge, thanks to the integration of specialists with practical experience and a proven track record in each of the key areas of the business ecosystem.

Paraguay is a country with many grey areas, where operational reality and prevailing practice are often a long way from what the rules and the official discourse establish. In this context, we consider that academic credentials, unless backed by experience on the ground, are of limited value. That is why, when selecting our collaborators, M2221 gives priority to applied knowledge and a deep understanding of the real environment in which business is done.

Our principles

Our name pays tribute to the timeless wisdom of “Render unto Caesar the things that are Caesar’s” (Matthew 22:21), and symbolises our commitment to strategic clarity and fairness.

Three fundamental principles guide us: the unvarnished truth, because we believe that only on raw data can truly informed and conscious decisions be built; deep knowledge of the Paraguayan ecosystem, from its industrial opportunities to its legal and cultural complexities; and an unshakeable ethic, in which honour and strategy converge to provide information and tools that help you build a sound strategy, protect your capital and achieve your objectives.
