2. Data we collect

Through the contact form we collect your name, email address, company (if you provide it), type of enquiry and the content of the message you send us. As on any website, the server hosting the site logs the IP address, date and page requested, for security and service-operation purposes.

3. Purpose and basis

We use this data solely to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, to follow up on the professional relationship you initiate. The basis is your voluntary request when you submit the form or write to us.

4. Retention

We keep messages for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and, at most, twelve months from the last contact, unless a contractual relationship begins, in which case they are kept in accordance with the applicable legal and contractual obligations.

5. Recipients

Form messages are transmitted through the external form service FormSubmit and received in M2221’s email service, provided by Zoho Mail. Both providers act as processors and receive no more data than is necessary to deliver the message. We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes.

6. Cookies and local storage

The site does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics tools. It stores in your browser only your colour-theme preference (light, dark or system), which you can delete at any time from your browser settings. The language is determined by the page address and is not stored.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to administracion@m2221.com. We will handle your request in accordance with the Paraguayan personal data protection legislation in force.

8. Client portal and internal systems

Data processing in the client portal and in M2221’s internal systems is governed by the contracts and terms of each service, which prevail over this policy in matters specific to them.

9. Changes

This policy may be updated. The version in force is the one published on this site, with its last-updated date.
